Position Summary

You are responsible for the creation and delivery of training, coaching and culture programs that leverage data analytics to increase engagement, performance and retention in the business. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression and best practice in mind, the intention is to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at all levels within the organization. You will align your knowledge of the company, its strategy, vision and core values to scale our culture and fundamentally assist in the organization’s success.

Key Accountabilities

Learning and Development: 

  • Identify strategies to embed learning and development into the culture of the organization
  • Identify learning priorities that are aligned to the business’s strategy
  • Apply established theories of adult learning to create a robust internal learning and development strategy
  • Develop competency and outcomes based internal training opportunities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the overall learning and development program
  • Develop a career development plan structure 
  • Own the Performance Management program 
  • Own our Succession Planning program 
Talent Analytics
  • Run and manage the Talent Analytics program for the Employee Experience Survey and Exit Interview Survey
  • Provide data, insights and action plans aligned to the data
  • Support leaders in communicating and addressing strengths and opportunities identified through data

Culture and Engagement Programs

  • Leverage input from leaders and work with Strategic Business Partners to evolve and create programs aligned to the objectives of the business
  • Act as one of the ambassadors for the culture and the Company’s core values. Development of other ambassador’s in the business. 
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Company’s culture to adapt to emerging trends and risks, remain competitive and ensure strong employee engagement
  • Design and deliver strategies to create a culture of trust, collaboration and accountability to results
Skills/Qualifications
  • 7+ years of related experience leading organizational change and human resources programs and policies
  • Human Resources Degree or Diploma, or Organizational Development or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • Organizational Development experience and education
  • Experience in the field of data analytics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills
