Position Summary:

Miovision is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our Revenue Operations Organization. In this role, you'll work closely with marketing and sales to help build, qualify, and convert pipeline. You'll be passionate about starting conversations with cities, engineering and data collection firms and helping them solve today's problems while setting them up to build the smart cities of tomorrow.

Please note: This is a remote position for candidates located in France. 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Identify and Engage Prospects: Map out key stakeholders within municipalities, traffic engineering firms, and regional transportation agencies. You’ll be the first point of contact, identifying those who are ready to modernize their city’s traffic management.
  • Orchestrate Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns—including cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling—to start meaningful conversations with traffic engineers and city planners.
  • Qualify, Don’t Just Prospect: Dig deep to understand a city’s specific pain points. You will qualify leads by determining their current infrastructure challenges, budgeting cycles, and timelines to ensure they are a perfect match for our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Partner closely with our AEs to hand off qualified opportunities, providing them with the necessary context and "traffic intelligence" to ensure a seamless transition and a successful demo.
  • Own the Pipeline: Maintain high-velocity activity metrics in our CRM. You aren't just hitting numbers; you're building a sustainable pipeline of high-intent prospects that keeps the sales engine moving.
Qualifications: 
  • Some prior experience in a similar position that is responsible for generating and qualifying outbound and inbound leads 
  • Knowledge of sales automation platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • An understanding of how to conduct a successful cold call, and how to qualify a prospect.
  • Proficient in French and English
    • Nice to have - Italian (preferred), or other language prevalent in the EMEA territory
  • Strong relationship building skills - capable of earning trust and influencing decisions 
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and bringing new ideas to the table
  • Highly organized and analytically minded, with a proven track record of making sound, logical decisions
