Position Summary:

As the Automation iPaaS (SnapLogic) Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic evolution of Miovision’s SnapLogic platform. This role will ensure the reliability and scalability of all system-to-system integrations that connect our business and product environments.

You will oversee the design, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of data pipelines that power operational and analytical processes across the organization. A key focus will be on embedding Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation into SnapLogic workflows to support Miovision’s Agentic strategy. This includes enabling intelligent data movement, transformation, and exposure of integration endpoints for internal teams.

This role requires strong technical expertise in integration platforms, a deep understanding of data architecture, and the ability to align business requirements with robust, future-ready integration solutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary administrator for SnapLogic, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and governance.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize current system-to-system integrations, implementing alerting and proactive incident management.
• Architect, build, and manage a robust catalog of data pipelines and transformations, enabling reliable business processes across Miovision.
• Embed AI and automation capabilities into SnapLogic workflows to support Agentic development and accelerate organizational productivity.
• Partner with the Data team to ensure business and product data is accurately and consistently delivered to Miovision’s data warehouse.
• Expose and manage pipeline data endpoints to meet the needs of business, engineering, and operational teams.
• Proactively review, design, and implement integration architecture that scales with Miovision’s growth while ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and security teams to ensure compliance with ISO, SOC2, and other Miovision governance standards.
• Provide documentation, training, and best practices to drive adoption of SnapLogic pipelines and AI-powered automation across teams.
• Anticipate and propose future integration strategies to align with Miovision’s evolving systems landscape.

 Experience Required: 

• Experience administering SnapLogic or equivalent iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
• Strong background in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise system integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Atlassian, and data warehouses.
• Proven experience in monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting integrations in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience embedding AI or automation into pipelines, with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, including transformation, governance, and cataloging of data flows.
• Previous experience supporting business-critical processes through integration and automation in mid-to-large enterprise environments (500+ users).

 Nice-to-have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SnapLogic’s AI/ML capabilities or similar intelligent automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their integration services.
• Exposure to data analytics platforms such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
• Experience with security, compliance, and audit practices related to data integration.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, APIs, and microservices integration patterns.
• Prior involvement in AI-driven transformation initiatives to optimize workflows and data pipelines.
